Short Story
Because we are a cannabis farm it was difficult to obtain a commercial loan. The cannabis market in Oklahoma tanked as over-saturation took place. Due to unforeseen circumstances we decided to pivot into the Eco-Glamping sector by giving NFT holders an IRL experience at an actual cannabis farm. "THERES NO GIVING UP" After all of this we were thankful for picking and positioning such a nice property and we would hate to lose it. We might as well share it.

Use of Funds
One advantage Camp Ganja will obtain automatically is the infrastructure and equity put in place beforehand. We currently have 212 acres of lake frontage, 13 Cabins, 4 indoor facility units, 18 Greenhouses and road work in which we put around 2.8 million USD in the development. All can be utilized exclusively by Club members. Debt owed is 816k. Equity is 3 million-5 million depending on where the stance of the business is at.
The funds raised would be used to pay off land debt, build a commercial kitchen with dine in, and a Yoga Retreat center.
The greenhouses would be use to plant vegetables for an All Natural Farm To Table experience.
*we are confident this would work because there was a whole trimming season in which we hosted 80 seasoned workers throughout our camp.
*The first year there will be no fees for overnight stay. But after the first year we would implement a Token called $PLANT and charge for nightly stays to keep CG economically sound. $PLANT was found using the Juicebox Protocol, it would be used to buy dinner, souvenirs, and Cannabis Tours.. Proof of Concept completed.
